Minutes feature - The program will allow you to
keep track of minutes by providing a place to store a "boiler" set of
minutes. Once your boiler is set, each lodge meeting (or after)
you open the minutes and type your information.
Letters feature - Keep any number of boiler
letters. The program will allow you to automatically insert the
names, dues owed, and other fields directly into the boiler letter
automatically.
History Windows
Dates of seats - keep all dates of seats in
one section. Now you can find the dates of a member's seats
held in one area.
Committees and dates - keep track of all the
committees a member was a part.
Drop down windows - All drop down windows allow
for typing of first letter pulls information for that first letter.
For example, if "M" is typed in the state fielded the states
Mississippi, Missouri would show. (if those programs were added to
the program.)
Financials - added "payee" and "paid to" in
accounting section windows.
Reports - There were numerous reports added to
the program.
Lodge - Do not have to enter a lodge number.
New record - when adding a new record, the fields
will automatically clear once you start entering new information into
the member ID field.
User name - can now change both user name and
user password.
Petition info - Sponsor 3 and member 3 added.
Print Labels - added several new label formats.
Also, created a way to sort the zip codes.
Update is compatible with all previous versions.
