UPGRADE FROM VERSION MJ TO VERSION 3.0
There were a lot of changes to the Assistant Secretary on this upgrade. Some small changes, some very large changes.
New to the Assistant Secretary:

Suffix – Jr., II, etc.

Nickname

Masonic ID number: Normally a number provided by your Grand Lodge (in some jurisdictions)

Years of service (subtract from years of service)

Reports - create your own reports - unlimited report creation

Import/export all information to or from a .csv file

New "Standard Edition (SE)" program for lodges not needing certain functions on our high end product. Assistant Secretary SE will have a lower price point

Email merged letters to the individual recipients (Win XP only)
Updates to the Assistant Secretary:

Letter/minutes no longer require OpenOffice.org

Add additional fields to import in letters and minutes

Letters window: ability to pick lodge that will merge with boiler letter. (note: you can already pick one member or all members)

"Rank" field. In addition to having seat/office and member status fields, we will add a rank field. Rank = MM, PM, etc; seat/office = SD, JW, WM, etc; and member status = Regular, 50 year, Life member, Suspended, etc.
